This is the most difficult return I have ever made, anywhere! I love Pikolinos shoes (have 4 pr). There is absolutely nothing wrong with this shoe; it’s a beautiful style; like the soles; I can’t think of anything negative about the shoes. The problem is my bunion on my right foot. I know it would rub against the lining of the shoe, and that is painful. Lucky ladies, who can wear this shoe. I am envious!!

Very cute and comfortable. They were a bit wide in the heel so i added a heal insert. Very lightweight.

These were stylish but unfortunately for someone with low arches and wider feet. I have very high arches and my foot inside of the shoe was simply not comfortable. There wasn’t even any way to think it might become comfortable, without even needing to fasten the strap, just with my foot sitting on the foot bed, I knew immediately that I could not wear these shoes. There was something fundamentally incompatible between my foot shape and the shoe.

This is a really cute style and my 5th pair of Pikolinos – but they definitely are shorter than previous pairs. I will exchange them for the next size up.

This is my 3rd pair of Puerto Vallarta’s. They are dressy or casual and despite the lack of arch support, are comfortable and don’t pinch my toes at all. I’ll be buying a fourth pair if there is a darker brown shade made.

They are adorable – LOVE the cut-out design & the angled strap – have to wear an inset for arch support as I have high arches & felt none in this shoe, but I wanted to keep them, so I made up the deficit!!

They are adorable & I love them! Had to use inserts for a better fit & arch support, but they are unique, adorable & now, more comfortable for a person like me with some “foot problems”!! Love the styles of Pikolinos!

Unfortunately, the shoes are too big, so I have to return them. This is especially disappointing since I can’t find them at all on the website, as though my size is not available, and the shoe design in ANY color or size isn’t even offered anymore! I JUST got them today! I don’t know how that’s possible. I LOVE this shoe! Even though it’s too big, I find it comfortable, expertly made and VERY beautiful. Hopefully I’ll find it somewhere else, right color, right size.

Love the feel of the leather, look of shoe with cutouts and it is timeless I had to adjust the strap because I have a high instep but it is still comfortable. Very happy with this shoe I plan to wear for many years

I wanted to love these. They are well made, cute, and the footbed is quite nice. Unfortunately, where they hit on the ankle was uncomfortable after a few minutes wearing them around the house.

These shoes are cute, but they are enormous – even with my half orthotics inside, they are so large that I checked the bottom of each shoe just to verify the size. Out of the question for me – on the way back right now.

Temporarily comfortable, excellent materials, cushy sole, the detailing is adorable, and I appreciate the functional Velcro strap; however there is zero support throughout the shoe and feels like a ballet flat.
For reference my feet are 8.5 to 9 and I usually get a wide width but when unavailable I size up half a size. I have hammerhead toes and enjoy a large toebox. My arches require a little bit more support. Ordered the 9/40 medium width and enjoyed the fit, however I needed more arch support. As a flight attendant I’m on my feet all day long and need a supportive shoe, this didn’t make the cut.

Cute shoes. I love Pikolinos, and have a pair that I wear all the time. This shoe has a very low toe box – it hits my big toes. Length and width were fine, but not comfortable because of the low height in the toe box.

I have other Pikolinos sandal/shoes that have a much taller toe box. These Puerto Vallarta were painful to walk because it crushed my big toe. Returned, sadly. No other option!
