Based on reviews, I ordered the larger range of my typical size, 7.5M. Unfortunately, they were too big overall. If I pushed my foot as far back as possible, the arch support felt fine. I would try a size 7 if they were all white or ivory. The multi-color straps don’t really work with my wardrobe.

the strapes sit prone on foot looks like the size of the straps is inaccurate. i have a wide foot but the straps are high off my foot.
The style and comfort is super.
